The Step-Through EQ model makes personal transportation easy. The step through frame keeps getting on/off the bike fast and the bike comes fitted with mudguards, standard rear rack compatible with most pannier bags and Lezyne Ebike lights to keep you seen around town. The SL motor uses advanced technology to tailor the mount of electrical assistance depending on the effort you put in, so you can ride gently up to junctions without having an unexpected burst of speed at the wrong moment. These innovations make the Vado a game-changer in transportation.

The Vado comes as standard with a 320WH battery, which effectively doubles your effort. Depending on usage and conditions, this equates to around 80 miles distance allowing you to travel efficiently wherever you may roam. With the optional Range Extender, you can up this to a 120 mile range. The inbuilt light display unit allows you to switch levels of assistance depending on the terrain or your needs, and to turn off completely. Doing this turns the Vado into a normal hybrid bike with no additional drag from the dis-engaged motor. With the motor and battery setup weighing just under 2kg, and situated low in the frame, the Vado retains excellent handling and looks like a normal bike.

In practical terms, the lightweight aluminium frame is sturdy and robust. The powerful disc brakes keep your speed in check while the reliable Shimano Deore 10 speed gearing offers all the range you need for climbing and descending in a super tough package. Grippy, puncture resistant tyres let you roll easily on most surfaces. The efficient and comfortable riding position mean you can stay alert in traffic and have great visibility, and arrive at your destination in comfort. 

Another convenience is the Mission Control App which allows you to easily monitor battery life, riding modes, service intervals and lots more from your smartphone.
