Product Description
Trek 2023 FX 2 Disc Equipped Stagger is quite a mouthful but that's OK, because this is a lot of bike. The FX bikes are super fast and comfortable hybrid bikes for fitness, leisure or commuting. The Equipped Stagger model stands out because it comes with a pannier rack, mudguards, integrated lights and a kickstand as standard. The stagger frame allows for easy mounting and dismounting by stepping through rather than swinging a leg over. A load of headtube stack and the flat handlebar put the rider in a comfortable riding position that's still sporty enough for quick handling when navigating traffic. The fork is made from carbon fibre to keep weight down and damp vibrations from the front wheel.
The component spec perfectly balances performance, useability and value. A 2x9 Shimano drive train delivers a wide gear range for steep climbs and fast descents. Tektro provide hydraulic disc brakes for all-weather stopping power. 700c wheels roll on lightly treaded 32mm tyres that will have you zipping along on the tarmac but still have enough grip for hardpack bike paths.
